Making plastics nearly inflammable, 2020
We at Finnester, are aware of the history. How plastics have evolved, faced hurdles along the way. Our own current hurdle is to trash the image of “painting plastics” being a hoax. Plastics industry has seen it’s fair share of snake-oil-salesmen. We don’t paint plastics. We study them, sand them, coat them, sand them again, coat them some more and deliver the now shielded carbon fiber towards 600°C
It shouldn’t be possible what we achieve.
A small Finnish company from the city of Lahti says:
You may not understand what we do, but all you need to know is that plastic isn’t going to be afraid of any flames anymore, anywhere.
